Refund Policy

Returns or Exchanges
We will only accept return or exchange requests where your item is defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return/exchange:
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging
  • You must contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of your item, by via our Contact Us page. 

    Please include the reason for your return/exchange request and a photograph of the item in its packaging.

    On receipt your email, we will provide further advice (within 48 hours) regarding the next steps.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or contact the manufacturer directly. 

    Refunds
    Refunds will only be accepted should your item be received damaged in its original packaging.

    Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. In these instances we are happy to review your request and may provide you with the option to exchange your item.

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a voucher will be emailed to you.

    Shipping
    We will cover the cost of any return shipping and will provide instructions to you directly following agreement to accept your return.
